I canceled my annual plan after a few days, will you refund the unused portion?

If less than 14 days have passed since you signed up, yes: you have the right of withdrawal and will receive a full refund. You can process this yourself from My Profile → Subscription, using the link “Did you sign up less than 14 days ago? Exercise your right of withdrawal”.

How it works

• The subscription is canceled and the money is refunded to the same payment method you used to pay.
• The refund takes a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• You do not have to give explanations or justify anything.

After the 14 days, a standard cancellation does not generate a refund: you keep full access until the end of the year you paid for, and it ends there with no further charges. That is why we notify you by email 15 days before each annual renewal, with the amount and date.

If your case is different —a duplicate charge, a problem with the service, or something that does not add up— write to us at info@kluppy.com: that is not a refund, it is an error that we will correct.
