Kluppy is under no general obligation to monitor submitted content, but reserves the right to remove or block, without prior notice, any content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, harmful to children and adolescents, or unsuitable for an educational environment.
If you come across illegal or inappropriate content, you can report it to info@kluppy.com, stating the URL or location, a description of the content and the reason. We will acknowledge receipt and inform you of the decision taken.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view the content and, where applicable, print or store it, solely and exclusively for personal and private use or for the educational use expressly provided for in the applicable terms of service.

Kluppy is not liable for damages arising from errors or omissions in the content, from the unavailability of the Website or from the transmission of viruses or malicious programs, despite having adopted reasonable technological measures to prevent this.
11.3. Limits of this exclusion
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits Kluppy's liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In relation to consumers and users, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
