How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Profile → Subscription → Cancel. It only takes one click, and you don’t have to call anyone or write to us. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and from then on, your account switches to the free plan.

What you will see next

Your profile will show a “Cancelling” notice with the exact date it ends. Until that day, nothing changes: you still have all the features of your plan.

If you change your mind before that date, a Reactivate button will appear, leaving everything as it was with no new charges.

Your progress remains untouched. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your data: you keep your levels, stats, and achievements, and you still have levels 1 to 7 free forever.

If your plan is managed by an educational center, cancellation is not in your hands: please speak to the person who manages Kluppy there.
