Why does it say "offline" if I have internet?
Because your browser cannot reach our servers, even if the rest of the internet works for you. The most common cause is a network filter, an antivirus, or a firewall blocking the connection, typical in school and office networks.
What to check
- Try another network, for example by sharing data from your mobile phone. If it works there, it is the network that is blocking it.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus or its web protection module to rule it out.
- Try another browser.
If you are in a school or an office, pass the list of addresses that need to be allowed to whoever manages the IT department: it is in the answer about the school WiFi.
Good news: as soon as the connection returns, the exercise reloads itself. You don’t have to do anything.
