Why does it say "offline" if I have internet?

Because your browser cannot reach our servers, even if the rest of the internet works for you. The most common cause is a network filter, an antivirus, or a firewall blocking the connection, typical in school and office networks.

What to check

  1. Try another network, for example by sharing data from your mobile phone. If it works there, it is the network that is blocking it.
  2. Temporarily disable your antivirus or its web protection module to rule it out.
  3. Try another browser.

If you are in a school or an office, pass the list of addresses that need to be allowed to whoever manages the IT department: it is in the answer about the school WiFi.

Good news: as soon as the connection returns, the exercise reloads itself. You don’t have to do anything.
