The sound is not working, how do I activate it?

Check the basics first: the computer volume and that the browser tab is not muted (a crossed-out speaker icon appears on the tab itself, and you can unmute it by right-clicking → “Unmute site”).

If it still doesn’t make sound

• Interact with the page first: browsers block sound until you click somewhere. Start an exercise and it should activate.
• Check the system’s output device, especially if you have headphones connected.
• Try another browser.

Sound is not essential: it is a success and error feedback that helps, but you can practice perfectly fine without it and it does not affect your progress or your results. On some classroom computers, like Chromebooks, it is common for it not to play and that is fine.
