Does Kluppy have a status page or scheduled maintenance?

Yes: play.kluppy.com/status. There you can see the real-time status of the platform, login, text generation, payments, and emails, as well as open incidents and the latest resolved ones.

When to look at it: if something is not working, it is the first thing you should check. If an open incident appears, we already know about it and are working on it; you don’t need to write to us.

Maintenance: we publish updates without cutting the service, so there are no scheduled maintenance windows. If it is ever needed, it will be announced on that same page.
