I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

On play.kluppy.com/login, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and click Send. We will send you a link to create a new password. It usually arrives in a couple of minutes; if you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder before requesting it again.

Useful details

• The link comes from our own email system, not from a generic address. Search for “Kluppy” in your inbox.
• If you request several emails in a row, the system will ask you to wait a few minutes. This is a normal security measure: wait and try again. The link you received is still valid.
• For security reasons, the response is always the same whether the account exists with that email or not. This prevents anyone from finding out which addresses are registered. If you don’t receive anything, you probably registered with a different email.
• If your username does not have an @ symbol (for example firstname.lastname), your account was created by your school and resetting it is not in your hands: ask your teacher or the person who administers Kluppy at your school.
