I can't log in, what should I do?
Go to play.kluppy.com/login and check three things: that your email is spelled correctly, that there are no extra spaces, and that caps lock is turned off. If it still doesn’t work, click “Forgot your password?” to create a new one. You will receive a link in a couple of minutes.
Depending on the message you see
- “Incorrect email or password” → the combination is invalid. Reset your password from “Forgot your password?”.
- “Account disabled” or “Your account has been deactivated by an administrator of your educational center” → the account is managed by your school. Talk to your teacher or the person who administers Kluppy there; support cannot reactivate it on our own.
- “Your browser storage is full” → clear your browsing data or try another browser or a normal window (not incognito).
- “You already have an active session” → you were logged in without realizing it. Click “Continue to app”, or “Log out and use another account” if you wanted to log in with a different one.
If your username is not an email: accounts created by a school usually look like firstname.lastname. Type it exactly as it is in the login field: the system completes it automatically. You don’t need to enter anything else, and accents or special characters like “ñ” do not matter.
If you are coming from the previous version of Kluppy: your account has already been created in the new platform, but your old password does not carry over. Click “Forgot your password?” with your usual email and create a new one; all your progress will be waiting for you inside.
If none of this works, write to us at info@kluppy.com telling us which email you think you registered with.
