Can I change my account email?

Not from the application: your email is your login identifier and cannot be edited from your profile. Write to us at info@kluppy.com from your old address indicating which one you want to use and we will change it for you, without you losing any of your progress.

What we need to do this

• The current email of the account and the new email.
• That the new email is not already being used by another Kluppy account.

If your account is managed by a school or organization, the change must be made by the person who administers Kluppy there from their user management panel; write to that person before writing to us.

Be careful with registering again: creating another account with the new email does not transfer your progress, it leaves you with two separate accounts. It is better to request the change.
