How do I delete my account?

Go to My Profile → Privacy and Data → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and we will send you an email with a link to verify it. Your account will be deactivated that same day, and the permanent deletion will take place after 14 days, just in case you change your mind.

What gets deleted

Your profile and personal data, all your progress and statistics, your achievements, your friends and game replays, and your access. This is permanent and irreversible once the 14-day window has passed.

Before you delete, keep in mind

• If you just want to stop paying, don’t delete your account: cancel your subscription from My Profile. You will keep your account and all your progress, and you will switch to the free plan. When you click “Delete account” with an active plan, we will offer you exactly this option.
• If you change your mind within those 14 days, write to us at info@kluppy.com and we will restore it with everything intact.
• If your account is managed by a school or organization, you cannot delete it yourself: instead, you will see the “Request cancellation” button, which sends the request to the person administering Kluppy at your center.

On that same screen, you have “Download data”, which gives you a complete copy of your information before you go.
