How do I request the immediate and complete deletion of my data?
From My Profile → Privacy and Data → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm and we will send you an email with a verification link. Your account is deactivated that same day and the permanent deletion is executed after 14 days.
Why those 14 days
It is a safety net, not an administrative delay: if you change your mind or someone deletes the account by mistake, write to us within that period and we will recover it with everything intact. After 14 days, there is no turning back.
If you prefer immediate deletion, without waiting, write to us and we will execute it without that buffer. The contact address for data protection requests is in our Privacy Policy; you can also write to us at info@kluppy.com and we will route it.
What gets deleted
Your profile and personal data, your progress and statistics, your achievements, your friendships and game replays, the profiles on your account with their data, your files, and your access. Everything, permanently.
Before deleting
- If you just want to stop paying, cancel your subscription: you keep your account and progress. When you click Delete account with an active plan, we offer you exactly that alternative.
- Download your data first if you want to keep a copy: afterwards, it will no longer be possible.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it beforehand so there are no further charges.
If your account is managed by a school or center, you cannot delete it yourself: you will see the “Request cancellation” button, which sends the request to whoever administers Kluppy there.
