When will I be charged for renewal?

On the same date you signed up, depending on your billing cycle: every month if you have a monthly plan, or every year if you have an annual plan. You can see your exact renewal date in My Profile → Subscription: it is shown as “Renews on…”.

Details

• Changing plans does not change your renewal date: it remains the same, and the price adjustment is prorated on your next invoice.
• If you cancel your subscription, there are no further charges: you keep access until that date, and then it ends.
• We will notify you by email before each renewal, showing the amount and the date.
