How do I download my invoices?

Go to My Profile → Subscription → Payment method. This opens the secure payment portal, where you have all your receipts and invoices with their date and amount, ready to download as a PDF. They are always available, including those from previous periods.

If you need an invoice with your tax ID (NIF/VAT)

Payments from individuals are issued by default as a simplified invoice (the equivalent of a receipt), which is valid as proof of expense. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, write to us at info@kluppy.com with:

• Name or company name
• Tax ID (NIF/VAT)
• Billing address

and we will prepare it for you. If you already entered a tax ID when signing up, the full invoice is generated automatically.
