Do you notify me before renewing the annual plan?

Yes, always. We send you an email 15 days before the renewal of the annual plan, and 7 days before on the monthly plan, indicating the exact amount and the date the charge will be made. This way, there are no surprises and you have time to change your plan or cancel.

If you decide not to renew, you have until the charge date to cancel from My Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are not receiving these notifications, please check your spam folder and make sure the email address on your account is correct.
