Is it safe to pay on Kluppy? Who processes the payment?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment gateways in the world, certified to the highest level of the card industry security standard. Kluppy never sees or stores your card details: they travel directly from your browser to Stripe.

What this means in practice

• Your payment details do not pass through our servers and are not saved in Kluppy.
• Card payments use your bank’s strong customer authentication when required.
• Receipts, invoices, and card changes are managed in the Stripe portal, not on our own form.

We only store the bare minimum necessary to know which plan you have and when it renews.
