Can I export my data and progress?

Yes, you can do it yourself and instantly: My Profile → Privacy and Data → “Download data”. A file will be downloaded with all your information in a standard, readable format, just as required by the GDPR right to portability.

What the download includes

• Your account data and preferences.
• Your level-by-level progress.
• Your statistics, including details by keys and combinations.
• Your unlocked achievements, with their dates.
• The profiles on your account and the progress of each one, not just yours.

You can download it as many times as you want (with a reasonable hourly limit to prevent abuse). There is no need to request it or wait for anyone’s response.
