Where do I send suggestions or improvement ideas?

To info@kluppy.com, or by opening a ticket from the application. We are genuinely interested in them: a large part of what we have built came from things requested by someone who uses Kluppy every day.

What helps us most to know

• What problem the idea would solve, rather than the specific solution. Sometimes there is a better way to solve the same thing.
• How often you encounter it.
• Whether you are a family, student, teacher, or school: it changes the priority quite a bit.

We do not promise deadlines or that everything will be built: that would be lying. But everything is read, and if many people ask for something, it moves up the list.

If you have found a bug instead of an idea, tell us about it too: indicating what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened, with a screenshot if you can.
