I am a parent or guardian and I want to view or delete my child's data

It depends on how the account was created. If you created it (family account), you can view and manage everything from your profile, including downloading and deleting the data. If the school created it, the request must be directed to the school, which acts as the data controller.

If the account is yours (family account)

• View their progress: from your family panel, without needing to log in as them.
• Download their data: My Profile → Privacy and Data → “Download data”. The export includes all profiles on the account and their progress.
• Delete: you can delete a specific profile from the family panel, or the entire account from Privacy and Data.

If the account was created by the school

The school is the data controller, so the request must be directed to them. If you write to us, we will forward it to them and provide all the necessary assistance. Within the application itself, there is also a “Request cancellation” button that forwards the request to whoever administers Kluppy at the school.

In extracurricular activities, you can view your child’s progress and attendance from the family portal, and you can process their cancellation.
