I received an email about the migration, is it really from Kluppy?
Probably yes, but it’s good to know how to check. Our emails will never ask for your password, card details, or for you to reply with personal information. If a message asks for that, it is not from us.
How to verify it is legitimate
- The sender is an address ending in
@kluppy.com. - The links lead to
play.kluppy.com,kluppy.com, orold.kluppy.com. Hover your mouse over them before clicking: if they point somewhere else, don’t trust them. - We never ask for passwords, card numbers, or codes via email.
If you have any doubts, don’t click on anything: go directly by typing play.kluppy.com into your browser. Everything you need to do can be done from there, without using any link from the email.
And if you want to make sure, forward it to us at info@kluppy.com and we will confirm if it’s ours. We would rather review ten legitimate emails than have someone fall for a fake one.
