How do I exercise my GDPR rights?
You can handle the two most common ones directly in the app, without writing to anyone: in My Profile → Privacy and Data, you will find “Download data” (right to portability, art. 20) and “Delete account” (right to erasure, art. 17). For any others, write to us at info@kluppy.com.

If you write to us by email, please do so from your account’s email address or tell us what it is: we need to verify your identity before taking action on personal data, precisely to protect you.
If your account is managed by an educational center, the center itself is the data controller. You can contact them directly, or you can contact us: we will help you route your request.
