If you are in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the tax regime is different from mainland Spain, and your invoice will reflect this based on your address.

If you review your invoice and see a tax that doesn’t match your territory’s regime, write to us at info@kluppy.com with the invoice number: we will review it and, if applicable, issue an amended invoice. It is a straightforward process and we resolve it quickly.
