Can I pay by bank transfer as an individual?

Not for family plans: you pay by card or SEPA direct debit, both available from the checkout screen. Direct debit is the closest thing to a transfer, and it manages itself once you authorize it.

Keep in mind direct debit processing times: the bank takes a few days to confirm the first payment, so your plan will appear as pending during that time and will activate automatically. If you want to start today, card payments are confirmed instantly.

For schools and businesses, we do accept bank transfers with an invoice. If this is your case, write to us at info@kluppy.com.
