How do I cancel my child's enrollment in the after-school class?

From the family portal, on the student’s card, you have the cancellation button. There is no need to call or write to anyone. Depending on the time of the school year, it will be an annulment or a cancellation, and the system itself will decide and let you know.

The difference, which is important

• If the course has not started yet: it is an annulment. It takes effect immediately, free of charge, and the spot is freed up for another family.
• If the course has already started: it is a cancellation. It takes effect on the 1st day of the following month: the current month is charged because it is already committed, and from the next month onwards, nothing else is charged.

After requesting it, you will receive a confirmation email showing the month of the last class and the month from which you will no longer be charged. Your child retains access until the end of the paid month.

If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation from the portal as long as it has not been processed yet.
