Can I annul the registration before classes start? Is it the same as a cancellation?

It is not the same, and the difference affects your wallet. Annulling is before the course starts: immediate effect and free of charge. Cancelling is once the course has already started: the current month is charged and billing stops starting the following month.

How it is decided

You don’t have to choose: the system compares today’s date with the group’s class start date and applies whichever is appropriate. You process it the same way in both cases, from the cancellation button in the family portal.

Annulment (course has not started)

• Free of charge.
• The spot is freed up immediately.
• Access to the platform is cut off.

Cancellation (course has already started)

• The current month is charged, as it was already committed.
• The cancellation is effective on the 1st day of the following month.
• Access is maintained until the end of the paid month.
