What is the family portal and how do I access it?

It is the website where you follow your child’s activity: attendance, progress, school notices, and administrative tasks. It doesn’t need a username or password: you log in with a personal link sent to you by email, so you don’t have to remember anything.

How to log in

Search your email for any message from us about the activity and click the portal link.

If the link has expired or you can’t find it, you can request a new one directly on the portal page: enter the email you used for registration and it will arrive instantly.

If it doesn’t arrive, it is almost always because the email is not exactly the one you used when registering. Check it, look in your spam folder, and if it still doesn’t arrive, write to us at info@kluppy.com.

The portal is available in Spanish, Basque, Catalan, and English.
