I passed but I haven't received my certificate, what should I do?

First, check your account in the certificates section: it is usually there even if the email got lost or ended up in spam. If it doesn’t appear, write to us at info@kluppy.com with your account email and the date of the exam.

Before writing

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Check that you completed all three texts: a half-finished session does not generate a certificate.
• Verify that your account email is correct.

We have the complete log of your exam, so if you took it and don’t have the certificate, it’s our problem and we will solve it. You won’t have to take the exam again or pay.
