What happens to my progress if I change my plan?

Nothing: your progress is never touched. Not when upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling. Your completed levels, speed, stats, achievements, and streak stay exactly as they are. What changes is what you have access to, not what you have done.

When upgrading your plan

Whatever corresponds to the new plan is unlocked instantly (levels from 8 onwards, more profiles, adaptive exercises, leagues) and you carry on right where you were.

When downgrading or cancelling

• You go back to having limited access based on your new plan: with the free plan, to levels 1 to 7.
• The levels you already completed remain marked as completed. Nothing is deleted: access to what is not covered by your plan is simply locked again.
• If you subscribe again in the future, you get everything back exactly as you left it.
• Any additional profiles that exceed the new plan’s limit will no longer be accessible, but their data is not deleted.
