What is the difference between Duel vs CPU and online PvP Duel?

In the Duel vs CPU, you compete against a bot built into the app: you join whenever you want, you don’t have to wait for anyone, and the pace is predictable. In the PvP Duel, you compete against a real person live, in a private room that is accessed with a code.

Duel vs CPU

  • Always available, no waiting times.
  • The bot maintains a constant pace, so it serves as a reference benchmark.
  • Perfect for warming up or trying out the mode without exposing yourself.

PvP Duel (Live)

  • You create a room and share the code with whoever you want.
  • The race starts as soon as the other person joins.
  • You see your opponent’s progress in real time while you type.

If you don’t have anyone to play with at that moment, the Ghost Duel is the perfect middle ground: you compete against another person’s recorded replay, without needing to be online at the same time.
