How do I add friends or classmates?

Go to the Friends section, open the add tab, and search for the person using their public alias. They will receive a request that they must accept; from then on, you will appear on each other’s list with your level and online status.

How it works

• You search by public alias, not by email: this way, nobody has to share their email address to play.
• Friendship is mutual and requires confirmation: nothing happens until the other person accepts.
• You can see received and sent requests, and remove someone from your list whenever you want.

In a school, your classmate list is managed by the school itself: the students in your group will appear without you needing to search for anyone.

Important for families: there is no chat or messaging between users in Kluppy. The friend relationship is only used to compete and see leaderboards, nothing else. And if parental controls for social features are activated on the account, the friends section and duels will disappear completely.
