What happens to student accounts when the school license expires?

Students will no longer be able to access the exercises, but their accounts and progress are kept. Nothing is deleted upon expiration: if you renew, everyone goes back exactly to where they left off, without you having to register anyone again.

What is kept

• Student accounts and their credentials.
• Their level, progress, statistics, and achievements.
• Groups and the school’s organization.

We will notify you before it expires so you can renew without any interruption.

If you decide not to renew, write to us: we can help you export the school’s progress data before the retention period ends.
