How do I register all my students at once?

There are two ways. The fastest is to import directly from Google Classroom or Microsoft: you connect the school account, choose the classes, and all accounts are created at once. The other is bulk registration from the dashboard, by pasting the list of students.

Importing from the school directory

1. In the dashboard, go to user management and choose import.
2. Connect with Google or Microsoft using the school account.
3. Select the classes or groups you want to bring in.
4. Review the preview of the students to be created.
5. Confirm, and the accounts are created and assigned to their group.

Manual bulk registration

If you prefer not to connect the directory, you can create accounts in batches from the dashboard by entering the list of students. The system generates a username and password for each one, which you can download to hand out in class.

Students do not need their own email: a username of the type firstname.lastname is generated for them, which is what they use to log in.
