What happens if we exceed the contracted seats?

Nothing crashes suddenly: students who were already registered can keep practicing as usual. What happens is that you won’t be able to create new accounts. When you try, the panel will warn you with the exact count: “License limit reached (35/35)”, or during a bulk upload, it will show how many seats are left versus how many you are trying to create.

What counts as an occupied seat

  • Registered students.
  • Sent invitations that haven’t been accepted yet.

Teachers and management staff do not consume student licenses, so you can register as many teachers as you need without using up your seats.

Before upgrading, check if there are seats you can free up: students who are no longer at the school can be deactivated, and their seat becomes available instantly. It is also a good idea to check for old, unaccepted invitations.

If you still need more, write to us at info@kluppy.com and we will send you the prorated upgrade for the rest of the course.
