How does the school renew for the following school year?

We will notify you before your license expires with a renewal proposal. You just need to confirm it, and we will issue the invoice. Student accounts, their groups, and their progress will remain exactly as they are: you don’t need to register anyone again.

Take advantage of the renewal to make adjustments

• Remove students who are no longer at the school to free up seats.
• Expand your plan if more groups or classes are joining.
• Change your plan if the number of students has changed significantly (for example, from Pack Aula to Campus 1000).

If your student count has grown a lot, let us know: past a certain volume, the flat rate is more cost-effective.
