How do schools pay? Do you accept bank transfers and invoices?
Yes, by card or by bank transfer. How it works depends on your school’s country.
United States and United Kingdom
The quote is in dollars or pounds and is paid in advance, by card or by bank transfer to local account details for your school (in the UK, a sort code and account number; in the US, ACH or wire transfer). You can add your purchase order number when you pay. The invoice is issued once the payment arrives, with your school’s details.
- We send you the quote and you accept it online.
- You pay it by card or bank transfer.
- Your licences are activated and we send you the invoice.
Spain and the rest of Europe
Schools pay in euros, by bank transfer against an invoice or by card.
If you need specific conditions —invoicing to a trust, a foundation or a different entity, or deferred payment— let us know when requesting the quote. In dollars or pounds, deferred payment is only possible with a separately signed agreement.
