Do you use the texts written by users to train AI?

No. Personal data is not used to train artificial intelligence models. Furthermore, when we generate an exercise, we do not send any personal data to the AI provider: only technical parameters such as which characters the text can contain, the language, and the length.

How it actually works

When requesting a practice text, what leaves Kluppy is something like “generate a paragraph in Spanish, of 200 characters, using only these letters”. Your name, your email, and what you have written do not go.

Regarding training: our Google Cloud configuration has data logging disabled, and the provider does not retain data from requests to train its models.

Transparency: when you practice with a text generated by AI, you will see it labeled as such on the exercise screen.

There is also no profiling or automated decisions: the AI only generates educational content; it does not evaluate or classify anyone.
