How do I delete a profile?

In the profiles panel, click on the profile you want to delete and choose “Delete this profile”. We will ask you for confirmation because all of its progress will be lost and this cannot be undone.

Before deleting, keep in mind

• Their level, stats, achievements, and experience will be deleted. Permanently.
• If you want someone else to use it, rename it instead of deleting it: but watch out, they will inherit the previous user’s progress and stats, so this only makes sense if you really want to continue that progress.
• If you want to keep a copy of their data before deleting, use “Download data” in My Profile → Privacy and Data: the export includes all profiles and their progress.

Deleting a profile frees up its slot, so you can create another one in its place without changing your plan.

Your main profile —the one for your account— cannot be deleted: only renamed. To delete it, you would have to delete the entire account.
