Can profiles have different keyboard layouts and languages?

The language, the speed unit, and the keyboard layout are set for the whole account, not per profile: change the practice language or the layout in Settings and it applies to every profile. This makes sense in most homes, where everyone shares the same computer and the same keyboard.

What is individual to each profile: everything else. Level, progress, stats, weak keys, achievements, and streak are all separate.

If you practice in different languages at home, the most practical thing right now is to have both active as practice languages (you can have up to three at once) and let the exercises alternate.
