How does a partner register their schools and students?
From your partner area on the platform. You have dedicated sections to manage your groups, your students, your billing, your brand, and your team, and everything you do only affects your data.
The process
- Schools: you tell us which schools you are going to operate in and we enable them in your portfolio.
- Groups: you create your groups in those schools, with their schedule and capacity.
- Students: you register the students and assign them a license. You can also use the registration form so that families can sign up themselves.
- Monitoring: from your dashboard, you can see active students, the occupancy of each group, and your estimated billing for the month.
Your team can also join: you can invite colleagues with read-only access to management, without giving them control over the plan or billing.
Total isolation: you only see and manage your own things. You don’t see other partners and they don’t see you.
