For schools, Kluppy is priced per pupil and per school year, not per teacher or per class, and prices exclude VAT. Single licences cost £19 per pupil (minimum 5), a good fit for a small group. The Classroom Pack covers 35 pupils for £495 a year, and two packs cost £895. From three classes, the Whole School plan covers up to 450 pupils, enough for a typical primary school, for £1,295 a year, then £2.75 per additional pupil, for schools of up to 600 pupils. Campus covers up to 800 pupils for £2,495 a year, with a leadership dashboard and priority support; class import from Google Classroom/Workspace or Microsoft 365 Education is included in every school plan.
Schools receive a quote and pay it in advance by card or UK bank transfer; the invoice follows the payment. Any school can try Kluppy free for 30 days with up to 25 pupils before deciding. For families, the Free plan (finger placement and the first seven levels of the course, no card required) is available today; paid family plans are coming soon in the UK.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there any cost to try Kluppy?
No. The Free plan includes curriculum levels 1-7, CPU duels and basic statistics. It is free forever and needs no card. Schools can also try Kluppy free for 30 days with up to 25 pupils.
Which year groups can use Kluppy?
Kluppy is designed for pupils from about age 6 to 18. Many primary schools introduce touch typing in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 to Year 6), so that pupils type fluently before they start secondary school.
Are school prices shown with or without VAT?
School prices are shown without VAT. Your school receives a quote first and pays it in advance by card or by bank transfer to UK account details (sort code and account number). You can add your purchase order number when you pay. The invoice is issued once the payment arrives.
What does the Classroom Pack include?
The Classroom Pack covers 35 pupils for £495 a year, and two packs cost £895. From three classes, the Whole School plan (£1,295 a year for up to 450 pupils, then £2.75 per additional pupil, for schools of up to 600 pupils) works out cheaper.
Do you offer discounts for multi-academy trusts?
Yes. Multi-academy trusts and groups of three or more schools get 5% off. Contact us for a quote.
