What happens to the extra profiles if I downgrade from PRO to LITE?

Nothing is deleted. The profiles that exceed the limit of the new plan will no longer be accessible, but their data —progress, level, stats, and achievements— remains intact. If you upgrade back to PRO, they will reappear exactly as they were.

In practice

• PRO allows 5 users and LITE allows 2, so when you downgrade, the extra ones will be left out.
• Nothing is deleted: it is an access limit, not a deletion.
• When you upgrade your plan again, you regain access to all of them.

If you want to make sure which ones will remain accessible, review your profiles before making the change.
